The Ackley Community Foundation is dedicated to advancing charitable giving, and providing leadership and education to meet the changing needs in our community for the benefit of all citizens.

Area Residents now have a local vehicle to help make their charitable giving as effective as possible - the Ackley Community Foundation.  We serve people who share a common concern - improving the quality of life in Ackley.

WHAT IS THE ACKLEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION?
The Ackley Community Foundation is a local, non-profit, charitable affiliate of the Community Foundation of Waterloo/Cedar Falls and Northeast Iowa.  We were established by local citizens to improve the quality of life right here in Ackley - both NOW and in the future - by making grants to support local nonprofit organizations and projects.  The Community Foundation is here to help people just like you make a tax deductible gifts in accordance with your interests.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Ackley Community Foundation idea is simple: Anyone can use it as a vehicle to give.  Individuals, families, businesses and organizations may choose to create charitable funds or contribute to the Ackley Charitable Unrestricted Fund ,which helps to meet the challenges of changing times in our community in all areas of need; art & culture, education, environment, health, humans services, historical preservation, and more.
