North Iowa Area Development Award Winning Park - State of Iowa Forestry Award Ackley's Prairie Bridges Park is proud to announce the opening of its brand new 9 hole Disc Golf course! It is in the woods north of the Back Forty Camping segment. It's open for business, free to all, and promises to be a challenge to pro's and am's alike. The course was made possible largely by a $3000.00 grant from KCCI-tv news, Casey's General Stores, and Dr. Pepper. Also local donations and hours of volunteer labor /equipment.
