Ackley City-Wide Clean-Up

The City of Ackley will hold a City Wide Clean-up from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018 and Saturday, June 16, 2018 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Items may be taken to the Brush Dump North of town. City Maintence men will be on hand to take items away.

Acceptable items include, but are not limited to the following: Appliances, Auto Rotors and Drums, Bed Frames, Bikes, Cabinets, Radiators, Doors without Glass, Electrical Wires, Fence, Posts, Grills, Lawn Furniture, Nails, Pots and Pans, Sinks, Toys, Tubs, Window Weights, Auto Batteries, Light Ballast, Pipe and ETC. Please ask Maintence Men about any other items you are not certain about.

Televisions (tube or flat), Laptops, Computer Monitors, Tires, Alkaline Batteries, Paint, Household Chemicals, and microwaves will NOT be accepted. For further information, contact City Hall at 641-847- 3332.
