SPECIAL MEETING March 13, 2019

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session March 13, 2019 in the Ackley City Hall Council Chambers with Mayor Erik Graham presiding. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Council members present: Pat Hurt, Joe Wessels, Judy Crawford, Pat Daggs, and Robert Harms. Absent: None. Quorum present. Harms moved, Hurt seconded, to approve the March 13, 2019 Agenda as listed. Ayes-All. Motion carried. Wessels moved, Harms seconded, to open the public hearing at 7:01 p.m. on the FY20 Proposed Budget. Ayes-All. Motion carried. No oral or written comments or objections were received. Wessels moved, Crawford seconded, to close the public hearing at 7:01 p.m. Ayes- All. Motion carried. With no further discussion, Harms moved, Wessels seconded, to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. Ayes-All. Motion carried.
