March 11, 2020

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session March 11, 2020 in the Ackley City Hall Council

Chambers with Mayor Pat Daggs presiding. The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.

Council members present: Joe Wessels, Chuy Flores, and Pat Hurt. Absent: Mike Abbas and

Judy Crawford. Quorum present.

Hurt moved, Flores seconded, to approve the March 11, 2020 Agenda as listed. Ayes-3.

Motion carried.

Wessels moved, Hurt seconded, to open the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. on the FY21 Proposed Budget. Ayes-3. Motion carried. No oral or written comments or objections were received.

Hurt moved, Flores seconded, to close the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. Ayes-3. Motion carried.

With no further discussion, Hurt moved, Flores seconded, to adjourn at 7:03 p.m. Ayes-3.

Motion carried.
