SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

ACKLEY COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Friday, February 5, 2021 7:30 a.m.

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session February 5, 2021 in the Ackley Council Chambers with Mayor Pat Daggs presiding. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 a.m. Council members present: Chuy Flores, Pat Hurt, Joe Wessels, Mike Abbas, and Judy Crawford. Quorum present.

Hurt moved, Crawford seconded, to approve the February 5, 2021 Agenda as listed. Ayes-5.

Motion carried.

Crawford moved, Wessels seconded to set the date for Proposed Property Tax Levy for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022 for February 22, 2021 at 5 p.m. Ayes-5. Motion carried.

Hurt moved, Abbas seconded to adjourn at 7:34 a.m. Ayes-5. Motion carried.
