SPECIAL MEETING

March 25, 2025

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session March 25, 2025 in the Ackley Council Chambers with Mayor Michael Nuss presiding.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.  Council members present: Maliah Roelfs, Judy Crawford, Dan Scallon. Absent: Chuy Flores and Mike Abbas. Quorum present.

Crawford moved, Scallon seconded, to approve the March 25, 2025 Agenda, as listed.  Ayes-3. Absent-2.  Motion carried.

Roelfs moved, Scallon seconded to open the public hearing for proposed property tax levy for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 at 6:01 pm. Ayes-3. Absent-2. Motion carried.

No comments or concerns were made or received. Resident John Muller was in attendance.

Crawford moved, Roelfs seconded to close the public hearing for proposed property tax levy for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 at 6:02 pm. Ayes-3. Absent-2. Motion carried.

Roelfs moved, Scallon seconded, to adjourn at 6:02 pm.  Ayes-3. Absent-2. Motion carried.
