SPECIAL MEETING
October 17, 2023
ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session October 17, 2023 in the Ackley Council Chambers with Mayor Michael Nuss presiding. The meeting was called to order at 4:15 pm. Council members present: Judy Crawford, Joe Wessels, and Mike Abbas. Absent: Dan Scallon and Chuy Flores. Quorum present.
Wessels moved, Abbas seconded, to approve the October 17, 2023 Agenda, as listed. Ayes-3. Motion carried.
Wessels moved, Crawford seconded, to pass Resolution 23-38 Temporarily Close Mitchell Street October 21, 2023 for Benefit. Ayes-Wessels, Abbas, and Crawford. Absent: Scallon and Flores. Motion carried.
Abbas moved, Wessels seconded, to adjourn at 4:16 pm. Ayes-3. Motion carried.
