Ackley City Council | Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held on the 13th day of June 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ackley Civic Center, 640 Main Street, Ackley, Iowa on the matter of the first reading of proposed Ordinance No. 508 Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ackley, Iowa by Amending Chapter 106 Collection of Solid Waste. All members of the public are invited to attend and may make statements concerning the matter of amendment. In addition, comments may be submitted in writing at that time, or before, to the City Clerk, and said comments shall be made a part of the public record concerning this hearing. A copy of Ordinance No. 508 may be reviewed at the City Clerk’s Office, 208 State Street, Ackley, Iowa.
