NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council of Ackley, Iowa shall hold a public hearing on the 9th day of January, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ackley City Hall Council Chambers, 208 State Street, Ackley, Iowa on the matter of the sale of property locally known as 420 State Street, Ackley, Iowa, more specifically described as Lots 1-2, Block 27, Ackley, Hardin County, Iowa. All members of the public are invited to attend and may make statements concerning the matter of sale. In addition, comments may be submitted in writing at that time, or before, to the City Clerk, and said comments shall be made a part of the public record concerning this hearing.
