PUBLIC NOTICE FOR BIDS

The City of Ackley is requesting bids for the property locally known as 420 State Street, Ackley, Iowa, more specifically described as Lots 1-2, Block 27, Ackley, Hardin County, Iowa. Such bids are to be signed and submitted in writing on the template bid form in a sealed envelope to City Hall no later than the 2nd day of January, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. The template form is available to prospective bidders at City Hall located at 208 State St., Ackley, Iowa. The top three bidders may raise their bid at the conclusion of the public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property to be held on the 9th day of January, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
