NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held on the 12th day of June 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ackley City Hall Council Chambers, 208 State Street, Ackley, Iowa on the matter of the first reading of proposed Ordinance No. 513 Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ackley, Iowa by Amending Section 27.03, Pertaining to Historic Preservation Commission Structure of Commission. All members of the public are invited to attend and may make statements concerning the matter of amendment. In addition, comments may be submitted in writing at that time, or before, to the City Clerk, and said comments shall be made a part of the public record concerning this hearing. A copy of Ordinance No. 513 may be reviewed at the City Clerk’s Office, 208 State Street, Ackley, Iowa.
