NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held on the 12th day of June 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ackley City Hall Council Chambers, 208 State Street, Ackley, Iowa for the purpose of considering the approval of the Ackley Industrial Park Subdivision Plat. All members of the public are invited to attend and may make statements concerning the matter of approval. In addition, comments may be submitted in writing at that time, or before, to the City Clerk, and said comments shall be made a part of the public record concerning this hearing. A copy of the plat may be reviewed at the City Clerk’s Office, 208 State Street, Ackley, Iowa.
