SPECIAL MEETING May 28, 2019

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session May 28, 2019 in the Ackley City Hall Council Chambers with Mayor Erik Graham presiding. The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m. Council members present: Pat Hurt, Joe Wessels, Judy Crawford, and Pat Daggs. Absent: Robert Harms. Quorum present. Hurt moved, Daggs seconded, to approve the May 28, 2019 Agenda as listed. Ayes-4. Motion carried. Crawford moved, Daggs seconded, to open the public hearing at 4:04 p.m. on the FY19 Budget Amendment. Ayes-4. Motion carried. No oral or written comments or objections were received. Hurt moved, Crawford seconded, to close the public hearing at 4:05 p.m. Ayes-4. Motion carried. With no further discussion, Hurt moved, Daggs seconded, to adjourn at 4:05 p.m. Ayes-4. Motion carried.
