SPECIAL MEETING

March 30, 2022

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in special session March 30, 2022 in the Ackley Council Chambers with Mayor Michael Nuss presiding. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Council members present: Judy Crawford, Chuy Flores, Joe Wessels, and Mike Abbas. Absent: Dan Scallon. Quorum present.

Abbas moved, Crawford seconded to approve the March 30, 2022 Agenda as listed. Ayes-all. Motion carried.

Wessels moved, Flores seconded to authorize the Mayor to sign the MidAmerican proposal agreement to upgrade the existing transformer at 310 N. Franklin St. Ayes-all. Motion carried.

Wessels moved, Abbas seconded to adjourn at 5:01 p.m. Ayes-all. Motion carried.
