SPECIAL MEETING

November 14, 2022

ACKLEY CITY COUNCIL met in a special joint meeting November 14, 2022 at 7:00 pm. in the AGWSR Ackley Center LMC with the AGWSR Community School Board.  Mayor Michael Nuss and Council Members Dan Scallon, Judy Crawford, Joe Wessels, and Mike Abbas were present.

The Cougar’s Den Annual Financial Review was presented. Cougar’s Den applied for and received a Childcare Stabilization Grant in the amount of $280,672.00. Two installments of the grant were received in FY22 with the third one in FY23. Revenue of $546,483.42 and expenses of $299,355.43 were reported for FY22. FY22 end balance is $335,885.50. No action taken.
